The Power of Music
I love the feeling of nostalgia that you find with old songs when I was younger.
The song ‘Rise’ by Flobots is an excellent example of this for me; bus riding into Leeds city centre to going to the cinema to meet a girl that I was seeing.
Weird how certain songs recreate images like that.

This is the first single from The Street’s new album, Computer & Blues.
I’ve always quite liked the Streets for trying to add a little bit of social commentary to the U.K Garage/Grime/Jungle scene. This track is definitely a move away from the typical genre Mike Skinner is associated.
